I'm a Masters-qualified Arts Therapist, fully accredited practitioner, and a single mum of two teenage boys, who knows what it feels like to lose yourself while taking care of everyone else.
Artfully Connect was born from my own journey back to self through creativity.
Now, I offer a space where mums can reconnect with themselves, feel calmer in their body, and respond to life with more ease and connection — without needing to be “good at art.”
